PORK AND GARLIC CHIVES DUMPLINGS​

The Dumpling Co’s best-selling  Pork-Garlic-Chives is the in-house superstar. Mouth-Watering pork, blended with chops of garlic and vibrant green chives topped by the aromatic sesame oil. This is an absolute treat that will satisfy your taste buds when accompanied with chilli oil and soy sauce.


INGREDIENTS & ALLERGENS:

Filling (60%)[Beef (22%), Cabbage, Chicken Soup (Water, Chicken Seasoning (Flavour Enhancers (621, 635), Contains Wheat (Gluten), Soy), Onion, Potato Starch, Soy Sauce (Flavour Enhancers (621, 627, 631), Contains Gluten (Wheat), Soy), Cumin, Sugar, Cooking Rice Wine, Canola Oil, Salt, Soybean Oil, Sesame Oil, Onion Powder, Five Spice, White Pepper];

Skin (40%) [Wheat Flour(Contains Gluten), Water, Canola Oil, Potato Starch, Salt].
 
Contains Gluten (Wheat), Soy and Sesame and may contain traces of Milk, Egg, Crustacea and Fish.


COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Boil – Add frozen dumplings into large saucepan of boiling water and stir. Continue boiling for approximately 10 minutes until the dumplings rise to the surface. Drain and serve
Pan Fry – Heat 1-2 tbsp of cooking oil in a non-stick frying pan. Place the frozen dumplings in the pan and add water to cover half the height of the dumplings. Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes until the water evaporates. Remove the lid and continue frying until golden and crispy.
Steam – Place frozen dumplings separately on a lightly oiled steamer. Steam over boiling water for 15 minutes until cooked right through. Stand for 1 minute before serving.

※Store frozen at or below -18°C until ready to use. Do not refreeze. Cook from Frozen.
