Skin (40%) [Wheat Flour (Contains Gluten), Water, Canola Oil, Potato Starch, Salt].

Boil – Add frozen dumplings into large saucepan of boiling water and stir. Continue boiling for approximately 10 minutes until the dumplings rise to the surface. Drain and serve
Pan Fry – Heat 1-2 tbsp of cooking oil in a non-stick frying pan. Place the frozen dumplings in the pan and add water to cover half the height of the dumplings. Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes until the water evaporates. Remove the lid and continue frying until golden and crispy.
Steam – Place frozen dumplings separately on a lightly oiled steamer. Steam over boiling water for 15 minutes until cooked right through. Stand for 1 minute before serving.
※Store frozen at or below -18°C until ready to use. Do not refreeze. Cook from Frozen.
